Kailey Tucker is a communications professional based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Currently part of the team at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, she leads internal communications and cast engagement efforts through strategic storytelling, event execution, and creative messaging. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree through the University of Florida and is a PRSA scholarship recipient.

Kailey brings a strong creative background to her work in public relations and corporate communications, applying storytelling principles to blog writing, social media strategy, campaign development, and employee engagement initiatives. Her experience spans large scale event coordination, recognition programs, and executive communications.

She’s focused on building messages that connect and inspire. Kailey brings authenticity, creativity, and a clear voice to everything she does.
