Kailey Tucker is a communications professional based in Florida, with experience in strategic communications, storytelling, social media, content development, and employee engagement. As a Disney Experiences Communications Professional Intern at The Walt Disney Company, she supports internal communications through editorial planning, feature writing, social media, executive messaging, creative content, and supporting communication strategy.

Kailey develops content that engages and connects audiences across Disney Experiences, including feature stories, newsletters, announcements, and digital campaigns. She collaborates with Cast Members, leaders, and business partners to create lasting stories, support enterprise-wide initiatives, and celebrate the people and innovations that drive the business forward.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Flagler College and a Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Florida and is a recipient of a PRSA scholarship.
